Book Club at Dharma!

Magdalene frequency" refers to the concepts explored in the book The Magdalene Frequency by Adele Venneri, which posits that Mary Magdalene, or Myriam, represents an ancient soul frequency rather than a mere historical figure. This frequency is an initiatory journey to unite inner masculine and feminine energies, discover divine self-love, and realize one's ability to create their own reality.

Pranayama Immersion
An immersive breathwork experience that explores our prana life force energy through deeply relaxing and purposefully activating techniques. After an introduction to technique, students will be guided through their own journey of consciousness. Some yoga experience is recommended, but not required.

Let’s give thanks for our family, our friends, and YOGA! Little yogis will take part in Fall themed yoga flow and games. We close out our time together making a craft to take home. This event will be a fun and engaging way for children to celebrate the season and practice yoga in a creative and joyful setting. We encourage families to join in the fun!

Hygge(hoo-gah)-is a Danish concept embodying a feeling of coziness, comfort, and contentedness that emphasizes simple pleasures and well-being. Cozy up with us this season and find out what hygge means to you. Start with a warm drink and a conversation with your community. Move into some gentle yoga poses, using props and assists to get extra comfy. End with an extended resting pose, a steam eye mask, and a newfound sense of coziness. Earth Day Restore + Reiki
Join Deb and Mary for a truly restful experience in celebration of Earth Day. Experience first hand the magic and beauty of creating a collective mandala using gifts from the Earth and infusing it with creative intention.
Together we will open sacred space, honoring the directions and elements to ground in and begin to create our earth altar.

Astrology Basics I & ll
Have you ever wondered what Astrology is or how Astrologers "read" a birth chart? This workshop takes a dive into the fundamentals of Vedic Astrology. We will explore the south Indian chart and all of the significant influencers like the planets, signs and houses. You'll be provided with a take home guide and a copy of your birth chart that we'll work with in module 2. Did you know that Astrology and yoga are related? Come and learn!
