Meet our team…

Kelly Friedberg, ERYT200, RYT500, YACEP

Kelly has been offering alignment focused yoga classes to her students since 2013. She began practicing yoga in 2006 as a moving meditation to help ease the burden of the stressors of life. Her education background includes formal graduate work in Anatomy and Biomechanics at Life University; a 200hr certification through Marianne Wells Yoga School, an Iyengar based training; and a 500hr certification at Dig Yoga. Kelly lives her yoga and strives to create a sense of self-awareness and peace in each of her students. Her knowledge creates a safe and inviting space for her students to focus, find trust in themselves and face challenges in ways that apply not only to their yoga practice, but to their lives. Kelly is the co-owner of Dharma Yoga, leading weekly studio classes, workshops and the teacher mentorship program, as well as multiple annual yoga retreats that bring together her love of nature, yoga and meditation

AnnaLisa Pedano

AnnaLisa has had a passion for helping people feel their best since first enrolling in cosmetology school years ago. She transferred that love into a thriving massage therapy career, and after finding her own bodily freedom through her yoga practice, dedicated herself to the Wild Soul teacher training. She applies her formal anatomy education from massage to her yoga teaching and strives to get her students and clients to be aware of their personal power and ability to release tension. She is a bright light, offering love and attention to each and every one of her clients and students. AnnaLisa is the co-owner of Dharma Yoga, leading weekly studio classes and workshops that offer the opportunity to slow down and breath in every class, while challenging students to continue their growth on and off the mat.

Deb Cline

Deb first fell in love with yoga at Penn State University and then found her way back to yoga in 2012 after her children went to school full time. She embraced the benefits yoga provided for her own sanity, as well as the physical strength she gained. She enrolled in a teacher training program in 2018 and has since dedicated herself to bringing yoga to all ages and physical abilities. She has used yoga and meditation to help her own children, started an after school yoga club at the local elementary school, as well as brought it to middle school and high school athletes and adults with specific injuries or tightness in muscles. Deb believes there is always room to grow as a student and a teacher. She hopes to continue to share her love for yoga with her students and help them along their own journey. You can practice with Deb Monday mornings and Wednesday evenings for Align + Flow and Tuesday evening for her Beginners class.

Suzi Zappile

Suzi’s passion is to connect with people, to motivate and empower everyone to see their true potential and live in their own radiant light. It was natural that this path of nurturing and empowering people led her to find yoga.

In early 2013 her health declined drastically. After going from doctor to doctor, undergoing surgery and many other medicinal treatments without a result, she turned to yoga. She enrolled in a 200hr yoga teacher training program so she could start sharing the practice that was a personal miracle for her. Suzi continued the path, becoming a meditation instructor, Kundalini prenatal yoga instructor, Kids yoga instructor and Reiki master. Suzi’s true calling in life is to share with the world the benefits of yoga and mindfulness. You will feel that in her weekly Yin + Sound classes on Thursdays at 7:30pm

Amanda

Amanda has been a certified personal trainer since 2018 and takes a big sister approach to the way she trains/works with her students and clients. She meets all of her students where they're at and her classes are always a judgement-free zone. She encourages ‘failure’ in her classes because it means you pushed yourself to your limits and that's how we get stronger!

Amanda first got into fitness because she wanted to lose weight and held so much negativity towards her physical body. This ultimately wasn't sustainable and over time she began viewing fitness as a way to honor her body instead of punish it. When she went through a major trauma in 2019, she began leaning on fitness and exercise for mental health. It gave her a positive, healthy escape and allowed her to physically get stronger while working on rebuilding mental strength.

Jean Froese

Jean has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 10 years and as over 530 hours of formal training. Her teaching is multi faceted and multi level as she strives to meet students where they are in their journey and help them to find their own love for this helpful and grounding practice we call yoga! Jean teaches from her knowledge, passion and sincere belief that all who come as seekers are rewarded…every class. She is a long time student of mindful philosophies and vedic astrology and brings elements of these to all of her classes. Her hope is to bring students the tools to fortify their lives in a positive way.
You can connect with Jean Monday evenings for Yin + Meditation @ 7:30pm

Dominique began her yoga journey in college, and later started practicing more regularly both in-studio and at home to help manage the stress of balancing work and family life.  In 2014, she completed her first 200 RYT training with Barbara Paulsen at Yoga Inspired. In 2021 she completed her second 200 hour training with Mariel Freeman at Three Queens Yoga.  Her classes are intended to feel like a dose of self-love in the midst of a busy life where a warm and welcoming atmosphere invites you to explore new poses and meditation techniques.  When she’s not leading yoga practice, you can find her spending time with her husband, two sons, and dog, cuddling up with a good book, or teaching middle school; incorporating mindfulness activities whenever possible.
